Institutionnal real estate

Institutional real estate is at the core of our practice.

We assist our institutional clients, social housing providers, and local authorities in their acquisition and sale transactions, whether for free-market, social, or intermediate housing, service residences (student, senior, nursing homes, coliving), hotels, offices, or commercial properties.

In this context, we have developed significant expertise in drafting authentic instruments, including traditional sales, off-plan sales, sales of buildings to be renovated, as well as more specific transactions such as construction leases, long-term leases, and the division of residential usufruct rights.

We also handle the legal organization of real estate complexes through land divisions, volumetric divisions, the creation of homeowners' associations, and the establishment of condominiums.

The firm also has a department dedicated to sales in lots, with a thorough understanding of social housing regulations and the sale of housing units to tenants in this sector.

Our team has gained recognized expertise in urban planning and construction law, and we pay particular attention to environmental issues.

We also conduct audits and manage large-scale national transactions, particularly in the context of contributions and mergers.

We regularly assist our clients with major projects. For example, we recently supported one of the largest national housing providers in a recovery plan involving the acquisition of 40,000 housing units from various property developers.

Additionally, we advise our clients in the creation of real estate investment trusts (REITs) and have developed solid expertise in the office real estate sector.
